Fruits that were used for the production of Slivovitz Witkacy were being pitted(a small portion was left with seeds), shredded and then twice subjected to distillation to achieve greater alcoholic strength. It is characterized by a transparent, slightly straw color. Full of flavor taste owes variety of fruit, type of water, and long maturation. Usually, plum brandy is consumed in pure form, but as any strong alcoholic beverage can be use as added to alcohol drinks.
