Azienda Agricola Ceuso Winery, Sicily, Italy A wine made from Nero d'Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varietals grown on the northeastern slopes
As a result of controlled, careful fermentation, it has retained a distinct aroma and intense color. It has a deep ruby-red color with bluish hues, aromas of ripe fruits, cherries and blackberries, with a noticeable scent of milk chocolate and tobacco at the end.
It is a wine of concentrated, complex structure, elegant with excellent character. Stored in small French oak barrels for about 12-15 months, then in antique stone tanks from which it is bottled. After bottling, it is stored lying down for a minimum of 10 months, after which it is only sent for sale. It is recommended to open the bottle one hour before consumption. Serve with red, roasted or grilled meats and mature cheeses.
